States date introduced June 25, 1994, Date if Birth May 19, 1994. Also Back says 2000. The Package is factory sealed. Errors are visible on the red Birth tag 1999, see photos! The package is unopened, although I opened the little door in the back to get a picture. There is some wear around the edges of th package and it is a little wrinkled here and there, and the plastic has been squished in a bag with other Beanies for many years, so it is a little battered, but is new and unopened. The new factory packaging may have shelf wear scratches etc. Please look at the photos provided as they are the best possible description. The tag on Humphrey is more worn and i can send pics of it per request. It is still highly visible with some slight fading on the right hand inside of the ear tag on the blank lines but clearly states Humphrey tm Style 4060 at the top righthand inside of the tag. Made with PVC Pellets & Polyester Fiber, and the tag reads: PA Reg #1965. It is in very good condition. And comes protected in a clear, plastic case. The swing tag has wear to it – please see photos.
