Official TY Princess Bear. This is a first edition bear hand made in Indonesia, with no spaces on the swing tag as shown in the images. It is made in Indonesia with P. The tush tag does not have a red number stamped inside (these came in much later Beanies) confirming it was before the 2 nd run of these unique bears. The TY swing tag has no spaces, confirming it is from the first run. In perfect condition, well looked after in a sealed box since new. This version is the hardest to find after the PVC version because ty discontinued manufacturing in Indonesia due to quality issues. On Feb 9, 1998 Greenpeace protested at the New York Toy Fair to halt the usage of PVC in childrens toys. In mid to late February of 1998 some people claimed to have already received Princess with PE pellets. This is a reluctant sale. Having to break a very large (1500 plus) collection of beanie babies.
