This is a VERY RARE First edition Ty Beanie Baby CLAUDE the Crab, Style 4083, Date of Birth, 9-3-96 and has PVC Pellets. There is not a stamp on the inside of the tush tag which indicates a very limited production. CLAUDE has been stored in an air-tight container and is in mint condition and has not been played with. Both the hang tag and swing tags are in pristine condition. Next to the 1965 on the tush tag is written (KR) meaning it was for the Korean market (another rarity). This is a very colorful CLAUDE, in pristine condition and ready to be yours. I originated all the Beanie Baby Trade shows in the Portland, Oregon area and around the Northwest. My collection of Ty Beanie Babies grew very large and I’m ready to sell off my extras. 1 There is no coma between Oakbrook and IL It is shown as Oakbrook IL. 2 CLAUDE is in all Capital letters. 3 There is a “TM” written after CLAUDE’s name. 1 Circled (R) and TM’ above name on tush tag. 2 No star on tush tag (Normal for 1st edition CLAUDE). 3 No stamp inside tush tag (Normal for 1st edition CLAUDE). 4 Claude is written in small letters on tush tag but in all capitals on hang tag.
