This rare and retired Ty Beanie Baby, named Ariel, is a first edition collectible that would make the perfect Christmas gift for any Beanie Baby enthusiast. Ariel is a turquoise coloured bear with black button eyes and a larger black nose. The flowers embroidered on the Ariel Beanie Baby was based on a drawing by Ariel Glaser. Ariel was released on 1st April 2001. She was retired on 16th April 2002.

Tush Tag bottom line has 1965(KR) – Korean Market. LIMITED EDITION Fareham, Hants address on Swing Tag (Very Rare). “Http://” is missing. Swing Tag does not say “Visit our webpage”. Oakbrook is misspelled and should be Oak Brook. Within 3 months of manufacturing date TY corrected these errors and reproduced NEW Jake The Mallard products. Due to his 6 colors he was difficult to manufacture: dark gray, gray, brown, forest green, cream with a napped textureunder his wings and feet, beak and feet are gold, black eyes and black thread nostrils, shell is 100% Tylon a TY Inc.
