Tush tag errors – the box states that his birthday is July 1st 1996 but his tag says 1993 and he was made in Oak Brook, Illinois, but his tag reads OakBrook (without the space). Date Error-Maple was introduced January 1, 1997. The box indicates that he was introduced February 27, 1997, with date of Birth July 1, 1996. This is the only Maple bear retailed in the United States.

It says “Gasport” on the inside of the left side of the ear tag instead of it saying “Gosport” like it should say. There is no red stamp on the ear tag which indicates it’s an original limited version! This would be A great piece to add to anyone’s collection or to give as A gift.
