Maple was introduced January 1, 1997, but the box indicates that he was introduced February 27, 1997. This is the only Maple bear retailed in the United States. He was exclusively a Ronald McDonald House Charity bear. He belongs to 1 of 4 of the International Bears of 1996. He is 1 in 4,000 manufactured. The plastic on the packaging is slightly yellow, but he has not been damaged what-so-ever. The box and Maple are both in brand new condition. Maple has never been taken out of the box.
