Extremely Rare Happy the Hippopotamus Style #4061! I haven’t found ANY other Happy Hippos with a Waterlooville, Hants hang tag that is Made in Korea. The others are made in China or Indonesia. The tush tag does not have a star and is made with polyester fiber and P. It has a 4th generation hang tag that has been kept covered. It has never been played with and has been stored in a container in a smoke-free home. Considering the rarity of this Beanie Baby, it is priced to sell.
