This is a complete set of 4 TY Beanie Babies from 1999. These are part of the McDonalds promotion and are called the Teenie Babies International collection. You can see the errors in the pictures and an explanation of the errors below. “Glory the Bear” representing the United States of America. “Britannia the Bear” representing England. “Maple the Bear” representing Canada. “Erin the Bear” representing Ireland. To clarify the mistakes or errors in these bears: These bears were copyrighted and distributed in 1999 through the McDonalds Corporation based out of Oak Brook, Illinois, which is what the packaging says on the outside. The tush tags on each bear has a copy-write date of 1993 and the says OAKBROOK (1 word). All of this can be seen in the pictures. This is a true collectible and one of the most sought after sets of bears in the Beanie Babies collection. Because of the immense popularity of these bears when they were released, the subsequent production of these bears led to the oversight of these errors and by the time it was realized, they were already in the hands of the public. Most of those that were released were either opened and played with or eventually damaged, destroyed or thrown away making those that kept them in the packages even more valuable. Each bear in in its original packaging with some signs of wear to the packaging. These are almost 20 years old and the packaging may have slight bends and/or creases in the cardboard or plastic. The bears have never been taken out of the packaging and the rear perforated openings have been slightly opened to identify and photograph the tag errors seen in the pictures.
