She has PVC pellets , a good way to know if its original 1st edition, PVC Pellets were first utilized by Ty then later switched over to PE pellets!! RED STAR on tush tag and. NO STAMP inside tush tag as she IS a original 1ST EDITION, NOT one of the mass productions! She has never been played with and stored in a case, she is in MINT CONDITION! BEAR, Swing tag and tush tag are in MINT CONDITION. A GREAT FIND FOR ANY TRUE COLLECTOR! Beanies have been stored in a case and with a protective cover over swing tag, removed only for photos. Protective swing cover is included. These are originals, with myself as the only owner. To continue description of the Rare PVC Princess Beanie Baby. All requirements met to be First Edition. The Tush Tag has a RED STAR TY Log. No stamp in Tush Tag. No Number inside Tush Tag This indicates that this a handmade and not factory made! There is no space on the swing tag between the 2nd and 3rd line of the last 4 lines. RARE 1st Edition TY Beanie Baby Original Princess Diana Bear handmade in China from 1997. NEVER Displayed or Played with. To be an original 1st Edition the bear needs to have the following specifics. Hang tag text on right needs NO line space between “will be donated to the ” and “DIANA, PRINCESS OF WALES” lines. Left side of tag will say “Handmade in China”. Tush tag should state that it is HANDMADE IN CHINA and P. Pellets on the backside. Front side has a star to the top left of the signature TY heart. Pellets were only used for a short time and then PE Pellets became the norm. That is what makes this beanie baby so RARE!! Also, there is NO stamp on the inside loop (those are mass produced beanies made after the first several editions/versions). Flower should have a well defined white rose with a green stem. Some stems tend to be more white in color. This is an extremely limited edition run! Please check with TY and verify! CHINA was the first to make these bears and they used the P. C Pellets until those pellets were phased out and PE Pellets were used. PE Pellets were never used in the 1st edition. Princess Diana Beanie Baby.
