This is a RARE Britannia the Bear! It has the flag patch (NOT embroidered flag). It also has the following three errors. Was introduced on December 31, 1997, but tush tag says 1993. Oak Brook, IL is misspelled. Two times on the back of the package. Package has been opened to verify that the bear is, in fact, one of the RARE ones; but the bear itself has never been played with or been stored outside of the package.
