For sale today is this rare Maple the Bear Beanie Babies still in original box, unopened, found at an estate sale of a lady that owned a gift shop. All of the Beanie Babies I have listed have been stored away in a plastic tub since she closed her shop. This one has never been opened and is in unplayed with condition. I have had the pleasure of finding cool and unique items from the estate sales we attend. I enjoy offering them to my customers. I have no idea what environment they were exposed to beforehand, some show wear, some have a mild packed away odor, etc. I will try to describe the items to the best of my ability. I present to you one of the most unique and cherished beanie babies ever made: the Princess bear created in memoriam of the late Diana, Princess of Wales. A member of the British royal family, she tragically passed away on August 31, 1997 and is still fondly remembered today for her compassion, charity work and numerous other accolades. She is the mother of Prince William and Prince Henry, and was the first wife of Charles, Prince of Wales. No rips, stains or tears, this bear is in perfect condition. NEVER OPENED – STILL IN BAG!! Stamp inside tush tag. My mother was a collector and has since passed away. I would find great comfort in this going to a home/person who will appreciate it like my mom did. These are the real, deal, error Beanie Babies from McDonalds! The four bear lot are rare, retired, and contain misprints and errors. These have never been opened (except to confirm errors on tush tags by looking at the flaps on the back of package) and are highly sought-after as collectibles! You’ll receive GLORY – U. BRITANNIA – Britain; ERIN – Ireland, and MAPLE – Canada in their original packaging! A super-rare lot for the collector. A note about the errors: 1 The back of box says 1997 for date of birth, but the “tush tag” says 1993. 2 The back of the box, at the bottom, indicates “Oak Brook” with a space as the place of origin, but “Oakbrook” is named twice in the description on the back. 3 All four tush tags say OAKBROOK with no space. These misprint errors are evident and very rare in all four of these Ty Bears.
