I found it at the mall when I was a kid and it has been in a protective case since. I can attest to its authenticity. Please review the pictures attached for details. The Ty tag has wear to the binding and is not mint. The Ty tag is intact and there are no rips. Many counterfeit versions have an inaccurate date listed. The 1995 date is accurate as Peanut was retired shortly after the production error was noticed. I have attached a picture that reviews authentic versus counterfeit versions of Peanut.
