Britannia was born December 15, 1997 and introduced on December 31,1997. The poem on the back of the package reads. Britannia the Bear will sail the sea. So she can be with you and me. She’s always sure to catch the tide. And wear the Union Flag with pride. Britannia The Bear is a rare retired Teenie Beanie Baby with 2 TAG ERRORS! She was exclusively a Ronald McDonald House Charity bear. She belongs to 1 of 4 of the International Bears collection from 1996/ 1997. She is 1 in 4,000 manufactured! Tush tag errors – the box states that her birthday is December 15, 1997 but her tush tag says 1993 and registered in Oak Brook, Illinois (where Ty, Inc headquarters is located) but the tag reads Oakbrook (without the space). Never been played with or taken out of the box. There are 2 small flaps on the back of the box I opened strictly to take the photo of the tush tag. (Just enough to read it as shown) Blister is Very good condition being (20+ years old), has some minor wear as shown. Card shows minimal slightly visible wear package is in otherwise excellent condition considering. Britannia The Bear herself is in absolute MINT.

This GLORY The Bear was made for Ronald McDonald charities and released in 1999. A truly ultra-rare and. Beanie with multiple TAG ERRORS! It is new in box (NIB) and still sealed in the original package. The back flap was opened to display the tush tag with the following errors. Tush tag is dated 1993 but the date of birth is 1997. The box states that his birthday is July 4th, 1997, but the tush tag reads 1993. No space between Oak Brook. This bear is registered in Oak Brook, Illinois (Ty, Inc headquarters) however, as you can see in the photos, the tag reads OAKBROOK all in caps (NO Space). The back story (on the back of the packaging) has Oakbrook with small b and not with cap B and without a space between (unlike the spelling at bottom of cardboard). Information about the box. Been removed from box. The box is in excellent condition with the plastic still attached. There are two small flaps on the back of the box that I opened strictly to take the photo of the tush tag (please see the listing photos). Information about the Bear. Tush tag errors – the box states that his birthday is July 1st 1996 but his tag says 1993 and he was made in Oak Brook, Illinois, but his tag reads OakBrook (without the space). Maple was introduced January 1, 1997, but the box indicates that he was introduced February 27, 1997. This is the only Maple bear retailed in the United States. He was exclusively a Ronald McDonald House Charity bear. He belongs to 1 of 4 of the International Bears of 1996. He is 1 in 4,000 manufactured!! He has never been played with or taken out of his box. There are two small flaps on the back of the box; I opened one strictly to take the photo of the tush tag. The edges of the box have some wear and the plastic is slightly dented on the because of age (21 years old) but Maple himself is MINT condition, This is a Teenie Original Beanie.
