Glory The Bear-1997 McDonald’s Ty BeanieBaby With Rare Errors 1993 OakBrook. Glory was born July 1, 1996. Glory was introduced: May 30, 1998. Glory the Bear (rare) retired Ty Beanie Baby with TAG ERRORS and date errors. Tush tag errors – the box states that the birthday is July 4, 1997 but her tag says “1993” and she was made in Oak Brook, Illinois, but her tag reads “OakBrook” (without the space). Glory was exclusively a Ronald McDonald House Charity bear and belongs to 1 of 4 of the International Bears of 1996. It is 1 in 4,000 manufactured!! It has never been played with or taken out of the box. There are two small flaps on the back of the box. I opened one strictly to to verify the tush tag error. The packaging is in excellent shape (21 years old) Glory is in MINT condition, This is a original Beanie.

Ty beanie baby “Maple the bear” errors. Maple the Bear (rare) retired Teenie Beanie Baby with TAG ERRORS and date errors. Tush tag errors – the box states that his birthday is July 1st 1996 but his tag says “1993” and he was made in Oak Brook, Illinois, but his tag reads “OakBrook” (without the space). Maple was introduced January 1, 1997, but the box indicates that he was introduced February 27, 1997. This is the only Maple bear retailed in the United States. He was exclusively a Ronald McDonald House Charity bear. He belongs to 1 of 4 of the International Bears of 1996. He is 1 in 4,000 manufactured!! He has never been played with or taken out of his box. There are two small flaps on the back of the box; I opened one strictly to take the photo of the tush tag. There’s some yellowing. The box and Maple are both in brand new condition. Maple has never been taken out of the box.

Glory the Bear (USA). Maple the Bear (Canada). Erin the Bear (Ireland). Britannia the Bear (United Kingdom). All four are in their original sealed packaging from 1999 McDonald’s Happy Meals. Packaging is in very good condition, with minor wear consistent with age. Only Maple was opened slightly to view tush tag and photo the error. Other errors are not confirmed, but bears were collected from same place at same time in San Diego when they were released. ? TAG ERROR DETAILS. At least one bear (Maple) has the original heart-shaped Ty tag that reads 1993 Ty Inc. A known and documented production error on some 1999 editions. This tag misprint is a collector’s favorite and can significantly increase the value of the set. Items are sealed and unplayed with. Maple’s seal was broken to verify tag.
