Maple was introduced January 1, 1997, but the box indicates that he was introduced February 27, 1997. NOTE: This is the only Maple bear retailed in the United States. He was exclusively a Ronald McDonald House Charity bear. He belongs to 1 of 4 of the International Bears of 1996. He has never been played with or taken out of his box.
