Maple The Bear-1996 McDonalds Ty Beanie Baby with rare errors 1993, OakBrook

Don’t miss out on this rare and handsome bear. Maple was born July 1, 1996. His poem reads: Maple the bear likes to ski, With his friends, he plays hockey. He loves his pancakes and eats every crumb Can you guess what country he’s from? This white bear has black button eyes and a brown nose, and proudly wears a Canadian flag sewn on his chest. Maple the Bear (rare) retired Teenie Beanie Baby with TAG ERRORS and date errors. Tush tag errors – the box states that his birthday is July 1st 1996 but his tag says 1993 and he was made in Oak Brook, Illinois, but his tag reads OakBrook (without the space). Maple was introduced January 1, 1997, but the box indicates that he was introduced February 27, 1997. This is the only Maple bear retailed in the United States. He was exclusively a Ronald McDonald House Charity bear. He belongs to 1 of 4 of the International Bears of 1996. He is 1 in 4,000 manufactured!! He has never been played with or taken out of his box. There are two small flaps on the back of the box; I opened one strictly to take the photo of the tush tag. The edges of the box have some wear and the plastic is slightly dented on the because of age (21 years old) but Maple himself is MINT condition, This is a Teenie Original Beanie. Rare Original TY Beanie Baby Curly Retired With Many Errors

A rare original TY beanie baby bear”Teddy” in mint original condition. MANY errors around the tags and bear! The bear comes from a smoke-free and pet-free household and has been stored the last 20+ years in a display case, never played with! Brown nose instead of black. Hang and Tush tag dates differ (1993 and 1996). Hang tag contains no style #. Hang tag word’Original’ is misspelled with two’ii’,’Origiinal’. Swing tag has a semi-colon ; instead of a colon : in date of birth. You’ on the second line of the poem should be capitalized as’You. Two spaces between’to’ and’this’ in poem.’Surface” misspelled on the back of the hang tag as’Suface. Fareham, Hants on the inside of the hang tag. No stamp on inside of tush tag. Both’R’ and’TM’ on tush tag. Two’R’s have circles around the on tush tag. No comma after’Oakbrook. Period should be after’IL’ not a comma. Teddy has a dislocated shoulder! Tush Tag Bottom line has KR which means part of Korean Market. These are all the errors I can identify! Please see photos for details.
