This is an original 1993 Chocolate the moose beanie baby. It has both tags. (the swing tag is damaged but still readable). Some indicators of true originality. On the tush tag, there is no star to the top left of the ty logo. After “Chocolate” on the tush tag there is no “TM”. Also on the tush tag, it says P. In addition, there is no factory stamp on the inside of the tush tag. Inside of the swing tag, the date of birth is listed completely in numbers. In the swing tag, lowercase Ls look like capital Is. VERY RARE: “Ty Deutschland 90008 Nürnberg” on swing tag. In the second line of the poem on the swing tag, moose is misspelled as “rnoose”. On the third line of the tush tag, surface is spelt “sufrace”. Also on the tush tag, periods are missing after P. Additionally, the bottom half of the moose’s face is slightly crooked (due to manufacturing mistake). From a smoke-free home.
